On Friday, May 1st, Archbishop Jose H. Gomez, Archbishop of Los Angeles and President of the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops will lead the Act of Consecration of the United States of America (and Canada) to Our Lady under her title as “Mother of the Church” at 3:00 P.M. Eastern Daylight Savings Time.
Also, Bishop Sullivan, in recognition of the Act of Consecration, will lead a live-streamed recitation of the Sorrowful Mysteries and the Rosary on Friday evening, May 1st at 7:30 PM. Our diocese will live-stream both Archbishop and Bishop Sullivan’s ceremony and Rosary on all diocesan social media platforms.
