Father James H. King was born in Camden, New Jersey, and grew up in Erial (Gloucester Twp.). After attending public schools, he attended St. Charles Borromeo Seminary in Wynnewood, PA. He was ordained Deacon at Our Lady of Lourdes Church in Glassboro by Bishop Joseph Galante in June of 2008. Deacon James holds a BA in philosophy with a Master of Divinity and a Masters in systematic theology. He has served St. Peter Celestine Church (now the Catholic Community of Christ Our Light) in Cherry Hill, and St. Joseph Parish in Somers Point. Deacon is has faculties to serve in both the Roman Catholic and Ukrainian Catholic Churches and ministers to the faithful of both the Diocese of Camden and the Ukrainian Archeparchy of Philadelphia. He is privileged to serve the people of Infant Jesus Parish. He was ordained into the Priesthood on May 7, 2011 in Camden, NJ and celebrated his First Mass on May 8th, 2011 at Infant Jesus Parish.
